Apparently, this may spread to the kidneys which can lead to severe damage later on.  So what causes urinary tract infection (UTI)?  Causes of UTI are mostly due to bacteria especially E.Coli, but other strains of bacteria including Chlamydia, Neisseria, Staphylococcus, and a lot more may lead to the condition. in addition, UTI happens more in women than in men for the reason that their urethras are shorter than in men.

  • Burning and painful sensation when passing out urine
  • The urge to urinate more than frequent
  • Urinating little urine
  • Red, cloudy, or milky urine

  • Cranberry juice is the most recommended natural remedy in treating UTI.
  • Don’t hold the urge.  Urinate if you feel like you have to.
  • For women, remember to wipe with clean tissue starting form the front to the back.
  • Make sure to wash and urinate after each sexual intercourse to prevent bacterial infections.

Health related problems are a big pain thus it is important to watch over your health and take actions to prevent being stuck with infections such as UTI.
