Some of the common causes of rashes include – allergies, hives, cosmetic sensitivity, etc. perform some of the measures to be free from the condition.

  • Take a warm bath but not long enough to dry your skin. This can help provide relief from itching. Avoid soap with too much perfume since it can add to the irritation and can cause eczema.
  • Opt for loose and cotton clothes so that your sweat will be absorbed completely.
  • Hydrate your skin by drinking lots of water. Eat fruits and vegetables as part of the balanced diet.
  • One home and natural remedy is to apply a paste of Fuller’s earth to the site. Let it sit on the skin for about 15 minutes before finally rinsing off.
  • Corticosteroids cream can be applied on the affected area.
  • Moisturize skin through lotions and other creams.
  • Olive oil or aloe vera gel may be applied on the skin as another intervention.
  • Never scrub or scratch the areas. You’re inducing more friction thus aggravating the problem even more.
