When there is an unsettling feeling in your abdomen, you can take a lot of rest. Be reminded though to not lie immediately after eating since it can aggravate the condition. But in general, rest and other relaxation techniques are beneficial to address the issue.

Oftentimes, queasy stomach is a result of diarrhea. With diarrhea, there is an increased risk for dehydration. Therefore, you have to increase your fluid intake as well as other solutions which may be helpful in replacing electrolytes and fluid lost during the course of sickness. For instance, you can make a concoction out of a tablespoon f salt, three tablespoons if sugar and two teaspoons of lemon juice in a glass of warm water. This can be drunk on regular intervals to prevent dehydration.

Soft diet and bland foods should be observed while suffering from the condition. Jell-O can be eaten as well as salting crackers to aid in nausea. Other foods to eat include the BRAT diet such as bread, rice, apples, and toast which are highly beneficial in reducing queasiness of the stomach.

One home remedy proven effective to alleviate nauseated feeling is ginger ale. This is noted to calm bubbling stomach thus helping on how to cure queasy stomach. Other home remedies include baking soda dissolved in a glass of warm water which is guaranteed helpful in passing out excessive gas in the abdomen.  Another thing you can do is to try to eliminate feces as possible or empty your bowel movement as this might be the culprit to what causes the situation.

Finally, over the counter medication treatment may be taken such as anti-nausea, antacids, and anti-diarrheal drugs which can be purchased in your local health stores and provide relief from the uncomfortable situations. However, if the condition seems to be worse and has become chronic despite these home remedies, nothing beats than seeking medical attention to be treated accordingly.
