  1. Eat healthy by cutting down intake of carbohydrates and replacing them with fruits and vegetables which are high in water content. Included are cucumbers, apples, carrots, oranges, and a lot more.
  2. Continue breastfeeding. This is one way of burning calories which will allow you to lose weight of course.
  3. Practice cardio exercises. By the time when you’re ready to perform exercises, walk atleast 20 minutes daily. Not only will this strengthen the core of your body, but also helps you in trimming off some pounds.
  4. Abdominal exercises may also be included in your routine. For instance, you can lie on a flat surface or on the floor with your hands placed at the back of your head and knees bent. Try reaching the opposite knee with your opposite elbow and repeat for several times.
  5. Tummy wrapping or stomach binding can be done to make belly fat shrink and include pulling your stomach in quickly. Let it go for a second and pull it again. Perform repetitions of atleast 50-100 times. Develop abs by breathing in and pulling your stomach in while at rest.
