  • Sea vegetables just like seaweeds are very much high in sulfur- and silicon and are important for the hair and nails. Eat fish, broccoli and even onions are good.

Stay away from the artificial ways, it’s best to be natural. Proper nutrition is very important not only for the body but for the nails and hair as well. You will not only look attractive, you will also be gaining friends and will even feel confident. Have a nice nail and hair day!
