Keep a Toothbrush Clean

  • The germs and bacteria in our toothbrush are invisible to our eyes and with that, we are not really conscious about the sanitation of the toothbrush. One great way to kill bacteria is to clean and rinse it before and after use. You have to give force on top of the brush for some seconds under running water to remove the germs and bacteria.
  • The usual way we do when sanitizing is to boil or soak brush with hot water, and then leave it for some minutes to remove bacteria but this can’t be done all the time because your brush will be worn out.
  • You need to change your toothbrush in three to four months. You have to make sure that you get a new one after 3 or 4 months. This is to keep your month clean and of course to be away from diseases. The mouth is the first carrier of virus- causing diseases.
  • You can wash your toothbrush using antibacterial soap. Be sure to rinse it well.
  • With the use of mouthwash, you will be able to kill the germs from your toothbrush. Pour a little amount of mouthwash to your brush or soak it for 5 minutes in mouthwash. Do that once a week to help kill the germs.

It feels so great to be clean and healthy. Get healthy body, gums, and teeth by sanitizing your toothbrush well. Good health all starts from you.
