  • Combat body rash through the use of Vitamin E.
  • Vitamin C rich foods are also advised to be taken since it speeds up recovery from inflammations and boost one’s immunity to prevent occurrence of such disorders.
  • Triggers should be avoided like dust, pollution, and specific foods which cause the condition. Milk for children may be replaced if it’s the culprit for the condition. Wearing loose and cotton clothing are suggested to provide comfort as well.
