Body modification has been a common trend several people nowadays. Through this, the human body is usually altered for reasons like aesthetic purposes. Circumcision, ear piercings, tattoos, and cosmetic surgeries are generally acceptable means of body alterations. But in this article are some of the craziest and weirdest body modifications done by most people. What are some of them? Prepare yourselves to yell OMG about the crazy stuff we’ll show you below.

Craziest Body Modifications Ever Done by People

• Scarification – this is thought to be one of the most artistic body alterations today. Unlike tattoo, this process applies scars by cutting the skin.
• UV Tattoo – otherwise called as black light tattoo. It is made with a special ink that is visible under a black light.
• Corset Piercing – this is also becoming one of the newest trends as far as body modification is concerned. In this process, a series of piercings are done at the back in two vertical columns.
• 3D- Art Implant – there is an object implanted under the skin on the desired body part. there is a great risk of irritation in the skin when undergoing the process though.
• Elf Ears – the ears appear pointed just like that of an elf as they’re thought to help improve one’s experience when listening to music.
• Tongue Bifurcation – the tongue is split and is cut into half.
• Eyeball tattoo – the cornea is actually injected with some ink. This has been done in some areas 2,000 years ago, but is done less nowadays.
• Branding – just like what is done to some horses, the iron is heated and applied to the desired area. It creates a third degree burn and will definitely scar the body part.
• Saline Inflation – Saline is injected to a specific body part and is actually gaining popularity in a lot of areas.

Seriously, WTF is with people undergoing this kind of crazy ideas? But I can’t blame them though since this is an expression of creativity thus making them think that they’re at their coolest.
